Basic Back To School Turkey Sandwich with Zyliss

Ingredients:
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 cup sliced turkey breast
- 4 ounce cheddar or similar cheese (grate or slice to your choosing)
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Lay out the 4 slices of whole wheat bread on a clean surface.
- Spread mayonnaise on two slices and mustard on the other two slices.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on the mayonnaise-covered slices.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese or sliced cheese evenly over the turkey.
- Add shredded lettuce on top of the cheese layer.
- Place tomato, cuumber and avocado slices over the lettuce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwiches by placing the mustard-covered slices on top of the other ingredients.
- Press gently to secure the layers.

- Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for school lunches.
