Five years ago, I built my home and purchased the sauté pan with lid, which has become an indispensable, frequently used item in my kitchen. While I could have chosen any other pan, I intentionally looked up this brand and acquired the same replacement. The pan is strictly for my personal use. Its quality is impeccable, durable, and of the highest standard.
I've owned this item once before and it's almost perfect but the original one had one of the nubs on the flip top broke off after a lengthy period of use rendering it useless.
