The Zyliss Multipurpose Dessert Knife is a handy tool for easily cutting baked goods.
The plastic blade is ideal for cutting on non-stick coated bakeware as it won't scratch surfaces. While a serrated blade allows it to easily cut through all types of cakes, pies, pastries, brownies, muffins, tarts, and more! It is also suitable for cutting through lasagne and casseroles.
As an added benefit, the knife works great to cut through lettuce as the plastic blade prevents lettuce from browning.
