The Gourmet Drum Grater is a versatile kitchen tool for efficiently grating, slicing and chopping various vegetables, fruit, cheese, nuts or chocolate. It is excellently equipped and readily comes with three different drums (fine, coarse and slicing drum) and three additional graters are also available to purchase separately.

    It ain't easy bein' cheesy, but it is!

    I wish I'd found this years ago, before spending money on other shredders. I can't find any negatives about the Zyliss shredder. Easy to assemble, take apart for cleaning. I've been putting everything except the base in the dishwasher, I've had no problems. The suction works really well. I do suggest that Zyliss make a storage tube with a lid for the different drums.

    This is exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy and secure setup. Shredded hard and soft cheeses very well. And left little ungrated within the mechanism. Easy the assemble and disassemble for cleaning. I shred all my own cheese so I use these often.

    Very solid and stable cheese grater

    I have the Zyliss handheld grater for small and quick tasks. But, prior to buying this model (that I can clamp onto my counter), I would have to bring out my large Cuisinart food processor with a cheese grating attachment to get through larger hunks of cheese quickly. The Zyliss does just as good a job and is easier to store. The easily swappable drums also making getting the exact grind size you want very simple

    Wonderfully made..little pricey, but a quality made product..hard to find today.. just waiting on one of the optional grater wheels to restock...
