If your Zyliss product is defective to the extent that you believe it is covered by our warranty outlined on the previous page, please complete the form below. DKB Household is confident that our products are manufactured to the highest quality and want to ensure our customers are always satisfied. We offer a five year guarantee on all Zyliss products, except battery operated products have a two year warranty.

Please note: Completion of this form does not guarantee approval of your warranty claim. Should your claim require further evaluation you will be asked to return your product for review. Zyliss products have a 5-year warranty coverage on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear and tear. The method of replacement is solely within the discretion of DKB Household USA. You may be issued an exact replacement, a coupon for the value of the item(s) or an item of similar design and function.
