Product Warranty Information & Claims

DKB Household is confident that our products are manufactured to the highest quality and want to ensure our customers are always satisfied. We offer a 5-year guarantee on our products with the exception of our battery-operated products, which have a 2-year guarantee. If any of your Zyliss products show signs of defect when used as intended, please email us at customercare@dkbrands.us to determine if your item is covered under warranty.

When contacting us about a product defect please include the following information:

  • A photo of your item.
  • Your full name.
  • Your full physical mailing address.
  • How long you have had the item.
  • A brief description of the defect.

If we determine your item is covered under warranty, a replacement will be sent. In the event the item has been discontinued, we will send a similar item of the same value.
