Air Fryer Crispy Potato Pops

Enjoy a Summer of sport with this easy and delicious snack that can be made using the air fryer! 

Products used:
Classic Cheese Grater
Susi 3 Garlic press
Wood Fiber Cutting Board (large)

Ingredients: 

  • 3 large potatoes or any potatoes that equals that
  • 1 tsp garlic, onion + paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 2 to 4 tbsp cornflour
  • A big pinch of salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 or 5 large garlic cloves
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and bring to the boil in a pan and then drain
  2. Add the potatoes to a bowl with seasoning, corn flour and parmesan cheese and mash it all together until a doughy consistency
  3. Then shape the dough into small balls
  4. Once shaped, put the potato balls into the air fryer and cook until golden and crispy
  5. In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic
  6. Once cooked in the air fryer, toss the potato balls in the delicious garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley
  7. Place them on a plate and enjoy!
